I spent four nights here and enjoyed dinner at the rooftop restaurant, appreciating the nice extras like multi-channel TV, a dining area, and a sitting area, along with the extremely friendly staff.

It was clean, breakfast was free of charge and above average. The location was easy and decent - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Also, the area was lively. The rooftop restaurant was good, they served good food...

Great location by taxi which is something to think about when staying near the river, above average breakfast: )

Spent my Christmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. The hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the perfect mood for the holiday. The location was perfect, with easy access to the river and the beautiful ceremonies that take place there. The view from my room was fantastic, and it allowed me to see a lot of the cultural richness of the area. the staff was friendly and polite, they made sure my stay was enjoyable.

Although my stay at this hotel was fantastic, it could have been better. The cleanliness of the rooms could have been improved.

I had the most delightful experience at Palace On Ganges. The location was perfect, right on the Ganges, allowing me to easily explore the beautiful riverside. The heritage property was a charming retreat with clean rooms that provided a comfortable stay. The rooftop restaurant offered delicious meals and breathtaking views. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I highly recommend this hotel.
